Pre-Configured, Pre-Loaded

Having used Showmagic for years in every scale production and installation, AVP has experience building systems which are functional, durable and reliable. Lenovo Thinkpads and Panasonic Toughbooks form the foundation for our line of laptop-based show control systems. More demanding Showmagic products, such as the AV series, are built into road-worthy rackmount chassis' with internal bracing and shock mounting.

Permanent installations can include a variety of options such as network installation for IP-based audio, video and DMX distribution or remote control via network touchscreens.

All computer systems are configured with DMX outputs, internal or external audio and video devices, optional control surfaces and more. Systems are shipped fully configured, tested and ready for use and are backed with a one-year warranty.

Training and Support

All pre-configured Showmagic systems come with three hours of telephone and e-mail support, including remote assistance when connected to the internet.

Our support staff are actual Showmagic users: beyond simple hardware or software troubleshooting, our staff will work with you on your particular application.

Additional support and training packages are available remotely or on-site.
